Lexington Reservoir is full

On may way down to Santa Cruz to visit my Grandmother today I saw the Lexington Reservoir was full to the spillway. I stopped for a couple of minutes to explore around the lake a bit since it has been years since I saw it this full. There was a moratorium in 2008 on boating due to invasive species of mussels getting introduced to bay area waterways. This July, they will start allowing boats again following inspection prior to launch. For now, the reservoir is free of boats.
